Proctor & Gamble (P&G) distribute Oral-B products in Australia. In 2014 they introduced the new Oral-B Smart Series, their most innovative toothbrush yet. Harnessing Bluetooth technology and smartphone apps, it delivers the most advanced, professional brushing experience ever conceived.
P&G wanted to offer VIP pre-sales through their online store and engaged B dynamic to develop an eCommerce facility that would accept orders and payment through the Oral-B Smart Series website.
Customers were invited to receive special discounts using the promo code during the promotional period.
B dynamic delivered the eCommerce site on time to P&G’s high quality expectations, and P&G successfully launched their campaign to introduce this innovative new product to the Australian market.
Olay
OLAY REGENERIST is the latest Olay product to hit the Australian market. The Miracle Duo is made up of the Miracle Boost Pre-Essence and Micro-Sculpting Cream, and they work best when used together.
Olay sought to pre-launch this product through their online store prior to offer via retailers.
B dynamic was engaged to develop the VIP pre-launch offer by linking a branded eCommerce experience to the Olay website.

Gillette engaged the B dynamic team to develop their subscription service, which has periodical subscription offerings of different razor blades.

Dymocks bookshops are one of the leading booksellers in Australia, with 57 stores nationally. Since establishing in 1879 (141 years ago), this Australian founded, privately owned business has also expanded into New Zealand and Hong Kong. Dymock’s online business is one of the fastest growing areas of the business.
As has been the case for many brands, COVID restrictions led to an increase in the amount of Dymocks customers shopping through their online store. This created a challenge for the business, as the online fulfilment centre at their George Street, Sydney facility was overwhelmed by the online sales volume.
Dymocks was looking for an external fulfilment partner who could help them overcome this challenge.
B dynamic was contacted and within 48 hours we were able to set-up and start operating to reduce the backlog of orders. Due to the success of this initial operation, Dymocks appointed B dynamic as their long-term fulfilment partner for their eCommerce business. eBay is the largest eCommerce platform in Australia, with over 11 million unique visitors to the site every month. Approx. 30% of eBay purchases come from NSW, followed by VIC with 25%.
LEGO is the leading toy brand in Australia. LEGO launched their products on ebay using their Authorised resellers to compete against the parallel/Grey importers.

Neil Perry Xmas puddings for Qantas Frequent Flyer Program
Australia’s renowned chef and Qantas Ambassador Neil Perry created a Christmas pudding for Qantas Frequent Flyer program members to redeem through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (QFF).
B dynamic were assigned as the fulfilment partner of this project. After inspecting a product sample, B dynamic identified that the container required special packaging to avoid any cracks to it. The B dynamic team carefully packed and dispatched the goods within 4 – 8 hours of receiving them.
Result: B dynamic shipped over 3000 parcels without a single customer complaint or enquiry and exceeded QFF expectations.
Bose sound dock bundles for AIMIA
AIMIA Australia manages a number of large loyalty programs such as CBA rewards and Virgin Velocity. For a particular promotion, they managed to negotiate a bonus carry bag with the very popular Bose sound docks.
AIMIA needed a 3PL partner who could store, bundle and deliver the speakers to their customers.
The B dynamic warehouse received the speakers from Bose, counted them and then stored them in an allocated location.
B dynamic received AIMIA orders, packed the sound dock and bag as a bundle and then shipped them to individual customers within 48hrs of receiving an order.
A successful campaign and another happy customer: “Thank you for stepping in at this late notice to assist in this promotion. All went well as planned and once again thank you for your assistance”
AIMIA
American Express Membership Rewards Year End Campaign
AIMIA operates the AMEX Concierge Rewards Program. The client was looking to put together a catalogue in time for Christmas, which would be sent to its 20,000 members. The Concierge clientele are members with household incomes between $450,000 – $900,000 per year. American Express identified 20 brands to be offered the opportunity to feature in the catalogue, including several of the most prestigious brands in the world. The catalogue was mailed to Concierge members to inform them of their ability to use their points to redeem rewards from brands such as Burberry, Tiffany & Co, Longines, Callaway, Vespa and Gucci.
B dynamic was assigned to manage this project. Upon receiving an order from a customer, B dynamic received the products from various suppliers with delivery instructions. Customers also had the option of sending a personalized message with the gift.
Result: This was another successful campaign. B dynamic managed to complete the fulfillment (including the gift wrapping) within 48 hours of receiving an order.

Yarrabilba School
We were approached to help promote an open day for a new school.
The uniforms, logo and colour scheme had already been decided on.
They needed a way to identify staff and promote the new school to prospective students and staff in the area.
They had a launch date locked in so we were limited by time with the offer we could make.
The Solution:
We felt the client would get the most benefit from as many items bearing their new name as we could possibly utilize.
Identification of staff and visitors was also important in a busy environment.
Within a 3-week timeframe we designed and custom made a lanyard to identify all the staff, volunteers and workers on the day. We added bags, water bottles, USBs and travel mugs. Balloons were used to add colour to the carnival atmosphere.
We also created an outdoor marquee, which has since been used for sports and other special events at the school.
We used a range of printing techniques to produce the range of products, drawing from our local skills and knowledge.
The Outcome:
The school was able to tailor their offering to suit the prospective user simply by what products they added to the bag, along with relevant printed material. Balloons and water bottles were for the youngsters and USBs and Travel mugs were for their parents.
The event was a huge success, creating a strong awareness of the new school and resulting in an above-average conversion rate.
They have since repeated some and used other new products to reinforce and enhance their brand awareness.

Leukaemia Foundation’s “Light the Night” event
“When a bright idea becomes the perfect product” – Philips lighting were supporting the Leukaemia Foundation’s “Light the Night” event.
Solution
Knowing the latest and greatest products is only half the challenge. It is always heartening to see the perfect product for the perfect promotion. We knew about the product from visiting the recent APPA trade show. All we needed was the opportunity to use it.
We supplied these brilliant mini jelly beans in Philips colours (blue and white) and applied a sticker to promote their brand and their support for the foundation.
The light globe served a double promotional purpose for Philips and the event itself.
The Outcome:
This stresses the importance of knowing what can be created for your customer, knowing the latest products and decoration methods and being aware of the client’s needs.
Phillips lighting trade incentive program.
Philips lighting ran an incentive campaign for their trade customers where they could redeem gifts based on the amount of money they spent. Their trade customers could download the Philips Club Blue App and upload receipts to the app or send their receipts to clubblueau@philips.com. They were then given the opportunity to select the gifts they would like to redeem.
B dynamic supplied a Retro esky and a Cooler bag on wheels for this campaign. We also completed the fulfilment process for the program.
DOORDASH
DoorDash is a US based online food ordering and food delivery platform. With a 56% market share, it is the largest food delivery company in the United States.
When Doordash launched in Australia in 2019, their initial plan was to utilize our logistic and distribution services only. However, B dynamic helped Doordash to source merchant kits and exposed their brand to customers and merchants.
Since their expansion to other states, they have been using B dynamic promotional product sourcing services to supply Doordash POS material.

Dettol is one of the most trusted hygiene bands in Australia.
Our partnership with Reckitt Benckiser to distribute Dettol to a number of strategic partners and channels required us to create point of sale units and packaging to meet campaign requirements.
RB utilized B dynamic expertise in designing and manufacturing POS and packaging to execute these campaigns.
B dynamic also managed to deliver these requirements in the most cost- effective way.
DEMATIC
In a mainly blue-collar, male-dominated industry, DEMATIC sought out a “vehicle” that would achieve the following outcomes:
1. Promote the 1800 number and distribute their documentation in a novel format
2. Reward warehouse managers via a tangible high end branded gift
3. Promote the Dematic brand and create the impression of relevance and appreciation of the client
SOLUTION
The following pack was created which included a mix of branded tools and reminders, including Dematic’s documents contained within a sleeve in the toolbox.
The 1800 Service number was the centerpiece of a ‘tool box’ created to package up the brand reminders.
Attention to detail was vital with military-grade density foam used in the inserts and the case designed and manufactured according to strict specifications.
Coffee mugs and magnets are great desktop brand reminders, used to drive home the message of the 1800 service number.
Warehouse staff are always using torches; this one was the Rolls Royce – the D cell Maglite – with ‘Dematic’ laser engraved into the barrel.
A genuine American ‘Leatherman’ multifunction tool with ‘Dematic’ laser engraved was included as it was identified as a warehouse accessory with high perceived value.
Finally, a Swiss army/Maglite kit promoting the 1800 service number to be used by staff was included in the kit.
RESULT
B dynamic received a Promotional Product Excellence Award from the Australasian Promotional Product Association (APPA) for outstanding performance in the B2B category.
